Joseph H. Badami Esq has been announced as one of All Business Media FM’s Top 101 Professionals of 2018. Professionals selected for such an honor have been determined by factors such as lifetime and career accomplishments, prominence in their respective fields, and commitment to excellence.
After graduating law school in 1965, Mr. Badami has served the legal community in a variety of positions, including time as a judge. In 1989, he began his tenure at Woods & Aitken where he practiced creditors’ rights, real estate, commercial litigation, and debt resolution. He has served the state of Nebraska as both a prosecutor and judge for the city of Lincoln, and as an attorney for the Nebraska State Department of Insurance. Mr. Badami has also been the lead attorney on several of the largest bankruptcy cases in the state. In addition to his duties at Woods & Aitken LLP, Mr. Badami continues to lecture on bankruptcy laws, real estate, and creditors’ rights.
